When I was a kid I didn't have a cell, laptop, internet,
XBox, or Wii, but I wanted a TRS-80. I
didn't have a bike, or a curfew. My toys
were the outside world, rain or shine. I could not eat what Mamma did not make.
I would have liked to tell my Momma "no" but she was not home. It was a not a good life... and I survived.
No one would say my Mom was a saint, but she was not a
devil. She was a girl that married too
young and grew up with her children, I grew to love me Mom.
